Blog direction

Now that the election is over, I'm trying to figure out the direction for the blog. I'll probably continue to give my observations about the politics and policy of the new administration, but I'd like to tackle some new subject matter like the media and culture. I might add some more features, such as Five Questions. Any thoughts?

Nick, at least for the next 75 days and then into his 1st hundred days in office, I would love to see you comment on all the transition issues that are taking place. Who was or wasn't a good fit and why, what to expect in his first 100 days and then as things move along those 100 days, are O's decisions working, is he or isnt he making progress in terms of what he laid out, etc.

Then let's shift to baseball...

Theres alot to talk about, but i'd love to see your take on pop culture, sports and media as well as politics...

Or maybe you can do an A-Team episode review. :-)

I agree with Mitch. I got so used to following the blog through all the political highs and lows that there's been a void since you took a nap. Analyses of different comms things playing out in the media cld be cool. When you say media and culture, what are you thinking of exactly?

My humble votes: First 100 Obama days (and take on who he's surrounding himself with), 5 Questions, and updates on how/where David Wright is spending his off-season time . . . not necessarily in this order.

How about speculation on how First Lady Michelle may - or may not - impact White House? (personally believe it's the former)
